Except when required by law, paid subscriptions fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

MusicButler has a 30-day period where you get try its features in full so you can evaluate what you're purchasing.

Money-Back Guarantee — Full Refunds
  • For the monthly plan, your refund request will be approved automatically if it is sent within 7 days of your first payment.

  • For the yearly plan, your refund request will be approved automatically if it is sent within 30 days of your first payment.

  • For the cases above, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund approval, and 5-10 days until the refund is processed.

Some payment methods impose limits on what transactions you’re able to refund, for example PayPal whom will only allow you to offer a refund on transactions less than 60 days old.

Cancellation != Refund

If you are within the aforementioned "Money-Back Guarantee" terms, I'll happily refund you in full. Well, not happily, but you get my point.

However, please know that refunds are not automatic, even when you cancel your subscription. If you'd like a refund, you'll need to contact me. Some people cancel their subscription but would still like to keep enjoying premium features for the remainder of its term.

Partial Refunds
  • If MusicButler is not able to fulfill its purpose for an extended period of time or indefinitely, all paying members will be refunded an amount equal to the time left on their subscription, rounded down. So if you subscribed for $48/yr and during your third subscription month this scenario applies, you'll be refunded $32.
